**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Engagement Executive to join our team at Strata Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our residential community, ensuring that all residents receive exceptional service and support.
As a Community Engagement Executive, you will serve as a key contact for residents, addressing inquiries, feedback, and service requests. You will also assist in planning and executing community events and initiatives to boost resident satisfaction.
Additionally, you will promote community rules and support initiatives to ensure resident compliance and harmony. You will also assist in monitoring the maintenance and cleanliness of common areas, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and track service request completion.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional service to residents, responding to inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the planning and execution of community events, such as welcome parties, holiday celebrations, and other social gatherings.
- Promote community rules and initiatives to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and recreational spaces.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure prompt and satisfactory delivery of services.
- Track and report on service request completion, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Community Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in community coordination, customer service, property or facility management—UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational ability with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and community management/CRM platforms.
