Job Description

**Job Title:** Marketing Executive

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Air Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing production process, identifying suppliers, negotiating prices and SLAs, and supporting marketing plans and campaigns across the entire Air Arabia network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Marketing Production Management:** Work as a primary contact between the marketing team and external suppliers to source for marketing production and required materials such as printing press, digital printing, giveaways, banners, display stands, etc.
  • **Supplier Identification and Negotiation:** Identify suppliers, negotiate prices and SLAs to out-source services with competitive rates and quality based on identified needs.
  • **Marketing Campaign Support:** Support the marketing plans and campaigns across the entire Air Arabia network. Coordinate between marketing & CC team, Hubs/Outstation, E-commerce, suppliers and partner organizations through confirming marketing requirements and campaigns briefs received from Commercial Managers in terms of budget, quality, and design.
  • **Workflow Management:** Manage the system in terms of workflow through prioritizing and delegating work to the creative and Studio team.
  • **Artwork Approval and Production:** Liaise with the creative team on agreed artwork to approve and facilitate timely production ensuring conformity with approved standards in terms of quality, quantity, delivery, distribution, display, and publishing.
