Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse within our esteemed healthcare organization, you will be integral in providing holistic nursing care to patients across diverse medical fields. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare experts, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care strategies in line with established protocols and standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, which includes conducting assessments, monitoring medication administration, providing wound care, and executing other nursing interventions to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients.
- Work in partnership with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to formulate and execute personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs, conditions, and preferences of patients.
- Maintain precise and current patient documentation, including nursing assessments, care plans, progress notes, and medication administration records, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care practices, empowering them to engage actively in their care and make informed choices.
- Comply with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and regulatory guidelines to prevent infection spread and ensure a safe, hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor and assess patient responses to treatments and interventions, promptly identifying and addressing any changes in their condition or unexpected complications.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, performance enhancement activities, and interdisciplinary rounds to improve patient outcomes, optimize healthcare delivery processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Commit to professional development by staying informed about best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and advancements in nursing through ongoing education and training.
- Exhibit professionalism, integrity, empathy, and respect in all interactions with patients, families, colleagues, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive and supportive healthcare atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Possession of a DOH/DHA license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital, home care, or medical center setting as a nurse, or a recent graduate.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability for immediate employment.
- Must hold a valid residence visa.
