  • Arrange for the collection or delivery of materials as required by the sales team, ensuring efficient logistics.
  • Prepare letters of credit after receiving proforma invoices, if applicable, and follow up with the bank to secure payment.

  • Monitor shipments every other day with vendors and maintain accurate records of import shipments.
  • Some import shipments, particularly those involving food or hazardous materials, require inspection by relevant authorities.
