Job Summary:
  1. Our ideal candidate will conduct in-depth financial analysis and create sophisticated financial models for new and ongoing projects.
  2. They will analyze market trends, economic data, and investment opportunities to inform our business strategies.
  3. Collaborating with our senior management team, you will assess the financial performance of various business units and provide insightful recommendations.
  4. You will be responsible for creating engaging presentations and reports for stakeholders, including investors, senior leadership, and board members.
  5. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for large-scale real estate developments is a crucial part of this role.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of an MBA or CA/ACCA or CFA qualification is required.
  • It would be beneficial if you were already based in UAE.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is essential.
  • No less than 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, project financing, and investment analysis is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to both financial and non-financial stakeholders, are required.
