About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Atlantis Resort. As the Assistant Manager, Marketing, you will play a key role in assisting the Manager, Marketing in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness across all business units, including Aquaventure Waterpark, The Lost Chambers Aquarium, marine animal experiences, watersports, and MWP retail and F&B.
  • Brand Management: Own and manage the Aquaventure World brand identity, ensuring the tone of voice, visual identity, and brand essence is protected and promoted across all marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Support: Provide marketing support to the Marine & Waterpark operations team, while maintaining brand positioning and assisting in developing highly effective marketing strategies.
  • Internal Photoshoots: Assist in managing internal photoshoots to capture high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Strong Marketing Background: Proven experience in marketing operations, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
