We're looking for a talented and driven Proactive Sales Executive - Leisure to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As a key contributor to our sales strategy, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and developing meaningful relationships with our customers.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management. You'll be responsible for actively identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  2. Cultivate Leads: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  3. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to showcase our solutions and their benefits.
  4. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of client interactions, progress, and opportunities.
  6. Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  7. Market Insight: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position our products and services effectively.
  8. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management, including forecasts and market intelligence.
