About the Role:

As a Leisure Sales Expert, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our hotel by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities in the leisure market, both locally and internationally.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with our representation offices, hotels, and other departments to provide exceptional guest services. You will also be expected to maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate their value to clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or hospitality management
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry, particularly in luxury properties
