  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring that the company remains competitive and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
  • Experience working in the GCC region.
  • Knowledge of international codes and standards, including API, AISC, ISO, EN1993, and DNVGL.
  • Experience with structural software, including SACS, STAAD Pro, and ANSYS.
