This company specializes in designing and manufacturing Oil & Gas metering systems and produced water treatment solutions for the Oil & Gas industry, with a presence in the Middle East for over 12 years.

Duties:

  1. Acquire necessary quotations for equipment and services, and create detailed technical documentation, including cost estimates, according to sales guidelines.
  2. Guarantee that all final proposals include a comprehensive scope of supply, irrespective of the complexity of the initial inquiry.
  3. Participate in bid clarification meetings and draft responses to client inquiries, subject to review and approval by the project manager.
  4. Verify that all proposals are thoroughly reviewed from both a commercial and technical standpoint, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  5. Secure managerial approval before forwarding proposals to the sales department for submission to clients.
  6. Ensure that all communication and proposals align with predetermined strategies and client expectations.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation & Controls.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in developing proposals for oil and gas process equipment in the Middle East region.
  • Effective technical communication skills to collaborate with engineers and resolve design-related issues.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting P&ID drawings to detect potential errors.
  • Strong understanding of costs and competitiveness within proposals.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Excel software.
