About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Neuropsychiatrist to join our team and provide expert neuropsychiatric care services to patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Neuropsychiatric Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive neuropsychiatric assessments and accurate diagnoses of patients with complex neurological and psychiatric conditions.
  • Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitoring Progress and Adjusting Treatment: Regularly monitor patients' progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments, organizations, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care services.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and developments through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Certification: Hold a Doctorate of Medicine from an accredited institution and completion of specialty qualification recognized by Dubai Health Authority or Health Authority of Abu Dhabi or Ministry of Health UAE.
  • Neuropsychiatric Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in neuropsychiatry, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex neurological and psychiatric conditions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (speak, read, and write) is required, with Arabic speaking skills being an added advantage.
  • Computer Literacy: Demonstrate excellent computer literacy skills and adaptability in using electronic health records and other medical software.
  • Experience: Have at least 5+ years of experience as a specialist Psychiatrist since gaining higher qualification.
