Job Overview:

As a Public Relations Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and liaising between our company and government organizations/authorities to ensure efficient processing of all government-related transactions and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

\t* Handle all interactions with UAE governmental departments (e.g. Labor Office, Immigration, Economic Department, etc.) and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

\t* Obtain visas, work permits, labor cards, and related documents for employees, ensuring timely submission and renewal.

\t* Process and submit all documentation related to company licenses, certificates, and approvals as required by UAE law.

\t* Manage visa and immigration applications for employees, including new visa processing, visa renewals, and cancellations, ensuring timely completion.

\t* Apply and renew labor and immigration cards for employees.

\t* Maintain accurate and complete records of all official transactions and legal documentation related to company and employee affairs.

\t* Monitor and ensure the timely renewal of company trade licenses and registrations with government entities.

\t* Support the HR department in matters such as residency ID applications and other government-related processes.

Key Qualifications:

\t* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role within the UAE, with strong knowledge of labor laws, visa procedures, and governmental processes.
