Job Title: Public Relations Officer

Nathan HR Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on labor and immigration regulations, ensuring timely updates to the Business Manager.
  • Provide efficient and reliable services for government-related tasks, including employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, and business licenses.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to ensure adherence to regulations set forth by relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Municipality, Department of Economic Development, and Food Control Department.
  • Submit, follow-up, and gather new employment and business visas, ensuring timely processing and renewal.
  • Renew, update, and maintain employees' visas and employment contracts in labor and immigration departments.
  • Ensure timely renewal of business and trade licenses.
  • Apply for and follow-up on official approvals and permits to prevent unnecessary violations or fines.
  • Prepare and process required legal documents for attestation in government entities, including the Department of Economic Development, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department, and Municipality.
  • Handle company registration in governmental entities related to our products, including Dubai Municipality Food Watch and Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority.
  • Represent the company at various offices, including Embassies, Police Stations, Ministries/Municipalities, and other government departments.
  • Respond promptly and productively to general inquiries related to PRO functions.
Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge in the portal system (EDNRD, EFORM, Noqoodi).
  • Learning and experience on the entrance framework use (EDNRD and EFORM, Noqood, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws.
  • Knowledge of the process of obtaining cancellations and other processed relating to residency permits.
  • Administrative skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday.
  • Software knowledge: Required.
