This Export Coordination Specialist position is responsible for sourcing rates online from various carrier websites and freight forwarders to provide options for approval from Logistics. The successful candidate will make online bookings with carriers, NVOCC, and forwarders, and coordinate cross-stuffing shipments with import, logistics, and forwarders involved.
The role requires creating sales orders on SAP for export shipments and liaising with logistics, sales, and vendors for bill of lading confirmations. You will also apply online customs documentation, including MOFA, COO, CID, inspection, and exit stamps.
A good understanding of logistics processes and practices is essential for this role, as well as a strong background in the shipping industry.
