Key Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Reservations Agent to manage daily reservations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with rate policies.
  • This role involves reviewing daily reservation reports, identifying discrepancies, and taking necessary actions to rectify any issues.
  • Another key responsibility of this position is to maintain excellent client satisfaction levels by adhering to our service standards.
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for following internal credit policies and procedures.
  • Lost business opportunities should be identified and reported to department superiors in a timely manner.
  • Apart from the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to conduct spot-checks on previous day's reservations, verifying VIP arrivals and LQA/IFH results.
  • Furthermore, this role involves participating in the internal up-sell program for the Reservations department.

Requirements

  • An equivalent diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is required for this position.
  • Candidates must possess at least one year of experience working in the luxury hotel industry in a similar role.
  • A high level of guest focus, teamwork, trustworthiness, and attention to detail are essential qualities for this job.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English are mandatory.
