  • Contractual and Commercial Oversight: Supervise all activities related to contractual, legal, tax, commercial, and insurance issues affecting company business, contracts with clients, and partnering agreements.
  • Operational Streamlining: Perform studies and evaluations to streamline company operations from a commercial and contractual perspective.
  • Due Diligence: Provide guidance on due diligence for potential partners and clients, as required.
