KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1.1 Efficiently register and manage check-ins for all guests.

1.1.2 Process guest check-outs with professionalism and care.

1.1.3 Update and maintain guest records in the system following check-in procedures.

1.1.4 Responsible for handling cashiering tasks, foreign currency exchanges, night audit responsibilities, and settlement upon guest departure.

1.1.5 Manage walk-in reservations at the front desk and handle phone reservations when the booking office is closed.

1.1.6 Deliver friendly and courteous service to guests, addressing all requests and inquiries promptly.

1.1.7 Address and resolve guest complaints or requests, coordinating with relevant departments for immediate follow-up.

1.1.8 Issue guest room key cards and ensure effective security measures are in place.

1.1.9 Check and deliver messages, mail, and packages to guests.

1.1.10 Assist at the information desk, foreign exchange, night audit, and business center as assigned.

1.1.11 Possess knowledge of hotel rate structures, packages, and discounts, and understand how to apply them.

1.1.12 Manage safe deposit box operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.

1.1.13 Report any unusual incidents or requests to the manager.

1.1.14 Be familiar with hotel accident prevention policies.

1.1.15 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.

1.1.16 Ensure all guests are greeted upon arrival and departure.

1.1.17 Review the logbook, verify outstanding tasks, and follow up on pending items, identifying any special assignments for the day.
