As a key member of our ALDAR team, you will drive the digital transformation strategy for our Retail and Hospitality verticals. Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Sets Product Vision and Strategy.
  • Generates hypotheses to address user pain points/achieve goals.
  • Aligns on division of work between product teams.
  • Identifies where additional research is needed.
  • Synthesizes problems into stories/solutions.
  • Accountable for deciding prioritization (p0s, p1s), vision, stakeholder sign-off.
  • Leads designers through problems to address for early approaches.
  • Writes acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritizes tasks in backlog (with engineering).
  • Solicits cost estimates from engineering (when necessary).
  • Solicits mock-ups/alterations from Designers.
  • Accountable party to meeting goals.
  • Monitors metrics and KPIs during rollout.

Requirements

  • Min of 8+ years experience in product management, product operations, consulting, or similar roles (emphasis on experience in the retail leasing and/or tourism, hospitality space).
  • Experience with agile lifecycles, product management tools, and product development processes.

About You

  • Ability to leverage product data to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills across different audiences, stakeholders, and customer segments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills involving people, process, and tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, Jira, Confluence, and Google Analytics are a plus.
