What We're Looking For

As a Digital Product Director at Etihad, you'll be responsible for developing and communicating strategies, visions, and roadmaps for products within the Connected Operations value stream.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing numerous products in parallel, adopting agile and waterfall delivery methodologies as needed.
  • Collaborating with Solution Architects to define and maintain Non-Functional Requirements, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Working closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog based on business and customer requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Manager designing and launching software products, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent, with certifications like CPM or ACPM desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate regular system demos and ensure stakeholders are informed.
