We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Professional - Spanish Speaking to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating a portfolio of clients who charter on private jets, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
  2. Procure suitable options for clients and provide exceptional customer service
  3. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferably in Aviation)
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Aviation/Charter Sales/Brokerage/Real Estate, with a focus on the European region
  3. Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  4. Spanish language proficiency: Native-level reading, listening, writing, and speaking skills
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Selling and negotiation skills
  7. Strategic sales planning, time management, and conflict resolution skills
