Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing setting or military background.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn various production reporting systems.
  • Commitment to working safely and adhering to all safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, including extended periods in noisy or non-climate-controlled areas.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and adapt to departmental changes.
