Your primary goal is to achieve and maintain high customer service scores, including responsibility for Net Promoter Score (NPS). You will implement and execute local sales training programs, staying updated on new training methods and techniques.
You will monitor and report on rental department revenue and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and adopt new technologies to enhance performance. Collaboration with operational leadership is essential to improve counter sales effectiveness and customer service quality.
Your daily tasks will include conducting daily operational checks, managing staff performance, and ensuring office inventory is tracked and maintained. You will plan and prepare schedules based on workload, manpower, and fleet availability to meet business demands. Furthermore, you will track and report monthly revenue statistics, aligning with company targets and business trends.
You will also perform additional duties related to company activities as assigned by management. Developing and maintaining training materials related to sales initiatives, including presentations, job aids, and virtual class materials, is an essential part of this role. Initiating new business opportunities and managing the expansion or closure of locations based on Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis is another critical aspect of your responsibilities.
