Automotive Parts Sales Representative

A renowned automobile spare parts trading company, Desert Face Trading LLC, is seeking a skilled Counter Salesman to join their team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling European Trucks & Trailer Parts and American Car Parts, with fluency in English, Arabic, and French.
The successful applicant will play a vital role in meeting customer service targets and commitments, while ensuring excellent sales growth within the account base. Key responsibilities include managing inbound parts calls for all dealers, processing workshop requirements, and liaising with dealer point parts staff daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process workshop requirements to understand technicians' requests and job cards.
- Sales growth within the account base with the introduction of new customers.
- Manage Inbound Parts calls for all Dealer.
- Central administration of Bus purchase orders.
- Ensure Customer Service targets and commitments are met.
- Work with the SAP Competency Center on finding system solutions.
- Process customer and engineer orders.
- Maintain good customer contacts and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the required parts.
- Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked.
- Intervene in situations where a customer is dissatisfied and come up with creative solutions.
- Organize merchandise and participate in modifying displays to reflect current inventory.
- Calculate sales totals, taking into account factors such as discounts and promotions.
- Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods.
- Inspect returned parts and promptly assist the customer with a replacement part or a full refund.
