About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Locri Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or construction management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they align with the firm's design philosophy and client expectations.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure cohesive project delivery. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
  3. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets. Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and building codes.
  6. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met. Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  8. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, using creative and effective problem-solving techniques.
  9. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 5-7 years of project management experience in the architecture or construction industry, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
  3. Strong understanding of architectural design processes, construction methods, and building regulations in Dubai.
  4. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  8. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
