**Company Overview**: RFLCT Creative Arts is a dedicated centre to providing enriching art workshops and fostering artistic expression within the community. As we continue to expand our workshop offerings, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Workshop and Activity Planning: Design and implement a variety of workshops, courses, and art activities that align with the center's vision and cater to diverse interests and skill levels.
- Kids' Camps and Art Activities: Plan and execute engaging kids' camps and main art activities in the center, such as painting, drawing, and basic art projects.
- Guidance: Provide guidance and support to participants, encouraging their artistic growth and self-expression.
- Workshop Execution: Ensure the smooth execution of workshops, including securing instructors' agreements and coordinating logistics.
- Program Development: Develop goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards for assigned programs, ensuring they align with the center's mission.
- Volunteer Management: Train and manage assigned volunteers, providing ongoing evaluation and feedback to enhance program delivery.
- Resource Management: Secure, maintain, and monitor materials and resources belonging to the center, ensuring their proper utilization and maintenance.
- Program Scheduling: Submit a monthly schedule outlining daily program activities to the Center Director to ensure effective program coordination.
- Instructor Agreements: Finalize agreements with other instructors to facilitate their involvement in various programs and workshops.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Liaise with the marketing team to promote events, workshops, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring maximum outreach.
- Support to Other Teams: Offer support to the marketing and other teams as needed to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of organizational goals.
- Colleague Backup: Be prepared to step in and support colleagues in cases of absence or emergencies to maintain program continuity.
- Supportive and Helpful Attitude: Demonstrate a supportive, helpful, and proactive approach to work, taking ownership of responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Artistic Background: A strong artistic background with experience in various art forms, techniques, and mediums. Bachelor degree in arts (preferred)
- Program Coordination Experience: Prior experience in planning, organizing, and implementing workshops or programs, preferably in an art or creative setting.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and mentor participants and manage volunteers effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with participants, instructors, and team members.
- Creativity: A flair for creativity and the ability to design innovative and engaging art programs.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet program deadlines.
- Team Player: A collaborative and cooperative attitude, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 per month
