Key Responsibilities

Transportation Services:

  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport personnel, clients, and guests to designated locations.
  • Adhere to traffic rules and regulations, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of company vehicles.
  • Plan routes and schedules to optimize time efficiency.

Facilities Coordination:

  • Assist in the coordination of facility-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility services, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment, replenishing as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace.

Mail and Courier Services:

  • Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for courier or postal services.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
