Responsibilities

Develop enduring partnerships with our most significant and intricate clients to ensure they achieve success by realizing the full value of their investment with us, thereby encouraging contract renewals with Oracle. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by acting as a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify opportunities for product expansion and upselling. Engage with the highest levels both internally and within client organizations. Undertake assigned projects aimed at advancing the client success organization. Serve as a mentor to new Customer Success Managers.
