The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Employee Relations Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organisation, addressing employee grievances and conducting thorough investigations.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures that align with our values and legal requirements.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes and facilitate discussions between employees and management to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations, preparing and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Employee Engagement: Design initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Provide training on effective communication, conflict resolution, and other relevant topics, supporting career development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on employee relations, preferably in luxury retail or a similar environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and HR practices.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
