You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design scalable solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving projects to support new strategic initiatives and business opportunities.
  • Identifying automation opportunities to offer scalable solutions.
  • Designing programs (SOPs) for operating in fast-paced 15-minute delivery services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

We require at least 1 year of experience in program/product management or equivalent. You should also have experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, as well as working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with SQL is preferred, as well as owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results. You should also have experience defining and executing program requirements, complex problem-solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.

In this role, you will influence internal and external stakeholders to drive programs end-to-end while ensuring flawless execution and continuously analyzing key metrics to drive improvements for your business.
