Job Title: VIP Waiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP Waiter to join our team at Al Nahiya Group. As a VIP Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-end clients, ensuring a memorable and exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide top-tier service to VIP guests, ensuring a memorable and exceptional dining experience.
  • Order Taking and Serving: Accurately take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Menu Knowledge: Have comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. Make recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Special Requests: Handle special requests and dietary requirements with attention to detail and precision.
  • Table Setup: Prepare and set tables according to the establishment's standards, ensuring cleanliness and an elegant presentation.
  • Communication: Liaise effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a polite and friendly manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues swiftly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Upselling: Promote additional services and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service during busy periods and events.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 35 years of experience as a waiter in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
    • Knowledge of fine dining service techniques and etiquette.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, carry heavy trays, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience serving high-profile or VIP clients.
  • Certification in hospitality or food and beverage service.
  • Knowledge of wines and spirits, including wine pairing.
Working Conditions:
