Process Improvement Lead

Dautom seeks a Process Improvement Lead to drive and oversee the measurement and computation of workforce productivity and develop plans to enhance organizational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to achieve productivity targets, eliminate non-value-add activities, and improve TAT for processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance through process improvements, resource optimization, and productivity enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze cost levers across the enterprise and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management for decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in cost computation, profitability analysis, and deployment of lean management systems.
  • Experience in coaching, training, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma program deployment.
  • Strong experience in source systems such as SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM.
  • Adept in agile methodologies and well-versed in applying them to analytics projects.
