To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Social Media Management Tools: Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • SEO and Web Traffic Metrics: Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics for optimizing social media content.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Social Media Advertising Experience: Experience in developing and executing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Branding Principles: Understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across communication channels.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech Savviness: Capability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in social media marketing.
