Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rides Team Leader to join our team at AL Farah HR Group. As a Rides Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the front-line colleagues of the Rides Team on a daily basis, including work allocation, work levels, review, training, and coaching, as well as performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on work priority, tools/equipment, consumables, and spare parts availability, and skills/competencies of individuals.
- Participate in various aspects of Technical Services Department Management to support safe and efficient operation of the park.
- Effectively oversee colleagues to ensure that all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently in accordance with park procedures, rides manufacturers' manuals, and preventive maintenance program.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of rides operations and maintenance procedures.
