As a Partnership Development and Brokerage Manager at Crypto.com, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders);
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Brokers, while continuously enhancing our broker program;
- Identify and reach out to potential VIP clients;
- Manage existing KOLs relationships and performance;
- Provide exceptional customer service and issue resolution to Crypto.com's Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs;
- Stay informed about the latest trends on social media and within the Blockchain influencer community;
- Represent Crypto.com at industry events and conferences, engaging with key stakeholders and promoting our products and services;
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends in the crypto space;
- Draft and negotiate client or partnership agreements;
- Maintain ongoing communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, soliciting feedback and suggesting product enhancements.
