Job Overview:

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales and Partnership Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive new business through strategic planning and relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and partners.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong track record of success in sales, ideally within the Real Estate Development, Engineering, Consulting, Construction, Contracting, or Project Management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in consultative sales and senior-level relationship management.
