Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at TASC Outsourcing. As an AR Collections Expert, you will be responsible for managing the collection process, including following up on overdue collections, communicating with customers, and cheque printing and scanning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collection Process Management: Follow up on overdue collections, communicate with customers, and ensure timely payment.
  2. Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliation to match collection receipts between the MSD system and bank statements.
  3. Customer Communication: Liaise with customers regarding payment deferral requests and provide clear explanations of payment terms.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Manage internal management reporting for the accounts receivable function and provide insights to improve collection efficiency.
  5. Closing Process: Oversee the accounts receivable closing process with the accounting/reporting team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Oracle, MSD, and Yardi.
  • Accounting graduate with a strong understanding of financial principles.
