Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation of public areas and staterooms.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with Public Health and Environmental regulations.
  4. Collaborate with other shipboard leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance guest satisfaction.
  5. Identify and communicate furnishing requirements to ensure seamless delivery of guest services.
  6. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in housekeeping operations.

Requirements
  1. Minimum two (2) years of housekeeping work experience in a supervisory role in a comparable premium hospitality environment.
  2. Previous cruise ship experience is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of Public Health and Environmental requirements.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  6. Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.

Contract Details

Shared Cabin 6:2 Rotation (6 months onboard, followed by 2 months of vacation). Due to current berthing requirements, we can only consider female candidates at this time.
