Position Overview

As a Team Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the logistics and operational processes within our warehouse environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving Shipments: Physically receive inbound shipments and maintain accurate manual shipment trackers.
  • GRN Management: Submit Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the ECM system and address any queries related to rejected handles.
  • Reporting: Document and report any damages or quarantined items using the ECM tool.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse inventory team to troubleshoot daily picking and packing challenges.
  • Manual Inventory Tracking: Manage inventory through manual Excel trackers, ensuring accurate GWP tracking.
  • Brand Packaging Oversight: Maintain brand packaging management for various luxury items, including jewelry and high-end fashion.
  • VIP Order Support: Assist Personal Shoppers in fulfilling orders for VIP customers by reserving stock as needed.
  • BOL Management: Aid in the creation of Bills of Lading and facilitate communication regarding transfers.
  • Returns Processing: Support tracking of customer order returns and ensure efficient processing within the warehouse.
  • RTV Preparation: Prepare inventory for Return to Vendor (RTV) and make necessary adjustments based on credit notes.
  • Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers and vendors to coordinate RTV collections.
  • Order Validation: Ensure customer orders are validated with the correct Air Waybill (AWB).
Qualifications

Education: High School or Intermediate level education.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of warehouse and last-mile operations, acquired through formal training or practical experience.
  • Proficient in basic MS Office applications and possess strong written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
