We're seeking a Business Growth and Partnerships Director to lead our efforts in developing and maintaining relationships with financial partners. This role requires a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and the ability to negotiate preferential commercial terms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners (banks, card schemes, Alternative Payment Methods, and Third Party Providers).
  • Maintain and enhance Amazon Payments standard operating procedures with partners.
  • Follow up and resolve day-to-day operational and business escalations.
  • Negotiate preferential commercial terms and improve costs of payment with partners.

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  2. Experience generating new opportunities with a strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution through the entire sales cycle.
  3. Bachelor's degree.
  4. Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
