We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Development Specialist to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. Responsibilities

* Undertake research and due diligence on potential investments
* Support the investment process from identification to closure
* Support with post-deal integration and/or portfolio management
* Responsible for risk monitoring and red flag reporting across investments
* Provide insights on local and global market activity

Investor Relations

* Provide support with all investor communication materials and documents, including presentations, quarterly and monthly reports, information memos, etc.
* Assist with fundraising process and development of investor roadshows
* Analyze and present financial and operational trends, competitive environment, and anything else that could impact the business

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in fields such as Finance, Economics, Business, Management, Accounting, or a related discipline
* Willingness and ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders within Careem
* Ability to understand multiple sectors, businesses, and functions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* 23 years of professional experience
* Worked in Corporate Finance, VC/PE space, or M&A functions within a fast-paced firm
