Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the HR strategy and policy across all business units, including manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment, administration, medical, performance management, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising senior-level management on all HR-related matters
  • Managing a team of HR professionals
  • Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating recruitment activities
  • Developing and managing HR budgets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years spent working in a supervisory/managerial capacity
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour law and corporate policies
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office and ERP software
  • Experience working in a multi-national company with a strong FMCG or Food and Beverage background
