Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that every customer interaction is a great moment, every day. Provide expert experience to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Sales and Performance: Drive sales and performance to achieve salon sales targets. Motivate the team to up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products.
  • Team Management: Manage the beauty team, including performance management, daily delegation of tasks, and operational duties. Ensure timely and professional resolution of any customer-related challenges and/or concerns.
  • Inventory Control and Compliance: Ensure departmental compliance with regards to inventory control, loss prevention, risk management, and security.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead by example, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: High school certificate
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a salon environment
  • Language: Excellent to fluent English
  • Beauty Experience: A must-have for this role
