Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role within an ultra-luxury hospitality setting is required.
  • Superior guest service skills, polished presentation, and refined communication skills are non-negotiable.
  • Fluency in English language (verbal & written) is essential; Russian language proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • The ability to navigate multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining composure is vital.
  • Flexibility with regards to working hours is necessary.
  • A hospitality diploma is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office Suite, and Opera PMS systems is recommended.
  • The capability to manage cash effectively and accurately is indispensable.
