Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily shop operations, including inventory management, sales strategies, and customer service

  • Monitor and control shop expenses, including inventory costs and labor costs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including visual merchandising and store displays
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and retail management software
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus
  • Art experience is a plus
