About This Role

At CAE Inc, we are seeking a skilled Flight Operations Specialist to support all training center operations activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service at our state-of-the-art Training Center in Dubai, UAE.

This role requires the incumbent to work closely with cross-functional teams to provide world-class flight simulator training center operations aligned with CAE's Vision as a global training partner of choice. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the English language, read, spoken, and written, and possess highly customer-oriented skills.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Electronics, Electrical, or Aviation Field and at least 3 to 6 years of related work experience. They will also be skilled working knowledge of computer mainframe/architecture, networking, operating systems, and programming languages, with ability to make minor software changes.

In addition, the incumbent will strive to achieve CAE's goal of providing world-class flight simulator training center operations. They will attend flight crew and maintenance calls, perform daily readiness, support flyouts as required, perform scheduled preventative maintenance, and run Qualification Test Guides (QTGs).
