  • Manage and track HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and preparing recruitment materials.
  • Support the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documents are completed, including work permits and legal documentation.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
    • Coordinate communication between hiring managers and candidates.
    • Assist with job posting on various platforms and track candidate applications.
    • Onboarding Process:
      • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new employees.
      • Assist in preparing and delivering onboarding materials, ensuring all new hires are informed about company policies, benefits, and their role.
      • Assist with processing work permits and visa applications for new hires as required by applicable laws and regulations.
      • Support in monitoring the status of employee work permits and ensuring timely renewals or extensions as necessary.
      • Coordination with Candidates:
        • Act as the point of contact for candidates during the onboarding process, providing them with information about next steps, schedules, and required documents.
        • Follow up with candidates to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
        • Ad-hoc HR Support:
          • Assist the HR team with various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
