Our client is in search of an Investment Capital Consultant to become a part of their innovative team. The ideal candidate will take charge of identifying, structuring, and finalizing capital raising initiatives. This position demands a profound comprehension of financial markets, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the proficiency to cultivate and sustain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Capital Sourcing: Discover and engage potential investors, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
Transaction Structuring: Design and structure capital raising initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals and fulfill investor expectations.
Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with both existing and prospective investors, ensuring ongoing engagement and communication.
Market Analysis: Execute comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within capital markets.
Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence procedures, including financial analysis, risk evaluation, and compliance verification.
Pitch Development: Craft persuasive investment presentations and pitches to attract and secure investor interest.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including finance, legal, and compliance, to guarantee the seamless execution of capital raising initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure that all capital raising activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous.
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, or a related sector within the UAE market.
Skills:
Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated capability to build and maintain relationships with investors.
Robust understanding of capital markets and investment strategies.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
Language: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
