Sisco Jobs is seeking a Director of Quality and Compliance to lead our quality control team. As a Director of Quality and Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will develop and implement quality control processes and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also conduct regular inspections and tests on mechanical components and systems to identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests on mechanical components and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors and engineers to ensure that all quality-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding quality issues and resolutions.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other departments.
