QHSE Compliance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented QHSE Compliance Officer to join our team in the Environmental – Waste Management department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Quality, Health, and Safety regulations and standards.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor Quality, Health, and Safety practices.
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement procedures for managing and mitigating potential hazards and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve QHSE objectives.
  • Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on Quality, Health, and Safety practices.

Requirements

  • University degree in Quality, Health & Safety or relevant studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a QHSE officer or supervisor, holding Quality & Safety Certificates.

Desirable Skills

  • OSHA certification.
  • Previous experience in waste management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
