  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with program and project outcomes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of contracted Design and Construction Management services to clients.
  • Manage project schedules for all phases, including procurement, planning, design, and construction, to ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and direction to teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Prior experience in managing large design and build projects is essential for this role.
  • Strong leadership, people, and management skills, as well as business acumen, are required to succeed in this position.
  • Effective communication proficiency is necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prior experience ensuring projects meet financial objectives is also desirable.
  • Time management and task prioritization skills are essential for meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
